There is a $300.00 ‘Administration’ fee….what is this for?
The ‘administration fee’ is to cover the on-boarding process. It pays for your Consultant’s time to do your interview, set up your profile and get you going with how we do things.
There is a $ 150.00 ‘Monthly Membership’ fee…. what is this for?
We don’t just sign you up and leave you. Your consultant is with you for the duration of your membership. They will be behind the scenes vetting all the other members for a match for you. He/She will liaise with your POI’s Consultant to set up a meeting with your POI. Overall, your consultant acts as your ‘scout’ to help find you a match. You always have access to your Consultant for any questions/concerns via email.
How many matches can I expect to get in a month?
We don’t think of matches in terms of numbers, we’re looking for the quality of matches. We may find 1 match in a month, we may find 10, it’s very hard to say. It all depends on many different factors.
Why are your fees so much higher than other dating sites?
Our platform is unique in that it’s not a dating site. It’s a combination matchmaking/dating venue where our members are given one-on-one consultants to help find their matches as well as having access to some very helpful Above & Beyond services that will help in your new relationships.
I don’t see any ‘packages’ for 3, 6 or 12 month memberships like other dating sites?
Our aim at 2 of Hearts Soulmates is to find your match as quickly as possible. We will always be working for you from the day you sign up. We have chosen not to offer packages because our intent is to have you on your way with a new relationship in the shortest possible time, so rather than anticipate how long this will take, we hold ourselves to the high standards we have set for ourselves. We’re not saying it will be in one month, two months or six months, our intention is to be actively looking for a successful match for you.
Do you guarantee I will find my soulmate?
As there are no guarantees in life, we cannot guarantee you will find your soulmate, but, we do believe we’ve got the best chance of doing so based on your comprehensive personal profile and matching of energetic vibrations. Let’s just say we’ve got far more insight than most software programs dating sites use of finding your match(s)
How do I get started?
Fill out the application form…..this will include your picture and Criminal Check form, once approved make your consult payment we can set up an appointment to talk, and fill out your membership. See “How It’s Done” for full details.
Why do I have to send in a Criminal Background check?
One thing we insist on at 2 of Hearts Soulmates is to have a safe and transparent site for our members. There is a high standard of membership we insist on and this is one step in assuring our members of their safety as much as possible.
Do I have to have a consultant? Can’t I just do this on my own?
Yes, all members will be assigned a personal consultant. They will take you through the on-boarding process, staring with a comprehensive interview and profile building so that you have the greatest chances of success. They are also responsible for calibrating your energetic vibration to put you with others that share your ideal qualities.
Can I pause my membership if I’m away or unable to participate?
Yes, you can pause your membership and remain a member for up to 6 months for a small nominal fee. After 6 months, you will be required to re-register as you did the first time.
Are the consultants all psychic, really?
All of our consultants are naturally gifted intuitives and have worked professionally with people from all over the world.
What does ‘energetic vibration’ mean and how do you find mine?

Do you offer refunds?
No, because the consultants will have spent quite a bit of time and energy on your on-boarding and matches, we cannot offer refunds. We hope you understand.
